We ordered from Los Munchies through DoorDash for the first time, and we were totally blown away by the flavor and quality of the food. Every bite was delicious and clearly made with care the kind of food that instantly makes you want to order again. Even though they had run out of sweet plantains, their service went above and beyond. They kindly substituted fries and included a sweet handwritten note from Katia, personally apologizing for the change. To top it off, she added a brownie as a thoughtful gesture. That level of attention and care truly sets them apart. Honestly, I was so impressed and touched that I had to call them just to say thank you. You don’t see this kind of customer service every day. We’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Completely breathtaking. A food truck completely transformed into a nice small dine in /take out restaurant. Bilingual staff. Super friendly , patient & overall Understanding. The food is as fresh as it gets. Its hard to find a place who puts love and care into good quality food. You can also wait in your vehicle/outside/ etc , with a Pager that's Given. Super nice and convenient. REAL AUTHENTIC PUERTO RICAN /DOMINICAN FOOD FRESHLY MADE

I ordered for the first time and made a mistake I thought I selected tostones however the lady called me to advise me I selected salad instead. She told me it was no problem she would adjust the order. When I received my order I found a side salad nicely packed with avocado topping and written on it was Gift. I thought that was a lovely. I enjoyed my steak and tostones, it tasted good!! Thank you

I had this place late Friday night for the first time ever. I called up and asked that they package the food well as it would be coming from door dash. The girl who answered the phone was so sweet and informative. When I got my food it was so well packed and has a few nice notes on the bag. I really appreciate how much they went above and beyond. The food? Amazing!!! I highly recommend the ham and cheese empanadas and the plantain alcapurria. I will be spending all of my money here for the next year. Seriously, thank you all who work here!
